The way you sing, stressing on 'Annayi Jaaaanaki' at 7:53 and 8:12, is so nice to hear! Think this song will go down well with both the old ( for the quality )and this gen folks( as its not in pure tamil, but with words like 'Anthima Kalathil', that make the song sound different):-). Tried to hear it along with Smt.M.S.Subbalakshmi's version - the first invocation para ' Shri Guru Charana' was perfectly in line - you must have practised quite a lot to make the tamizh words fit in place. Sankar, Yes, you have pointed out the verses that are very close to my heart too:-) 'annai jAnaki.' I listened to the version by Smt.M.S.Subbalakshmi several,several times, to get the right kind of emotion and bhAva before rendering and recording these verses. This album was released in October 2008.

Since this was my first company, I always have an affinity towards it. I have always admired your humbleness and simplicity inspite of a great family background. Anonymoussaid.We could listen to your Hanuman Chalisa only yesterday.Wonderful.It is rendered with piety and devotion fully maintaining the rhythm and melody and at the same time bearing your individual stamp.

My wife recites the hindi version daily for the past 20 years as a part of her daily morning prayers. In the North Hanuman Chalisa is recited an all the Hanuman Mandhirs but here the same is not the case may be because of the language. I think we should popularise this tamil version. Mr Senthikumar deserves praise for his excellent translation.
