Close to it anyway. I have some alternate textures for Ed-E, Rex, weapons, little things that I liked the look of, etc. You just have to look around for those. Some of the ones I use have already been mentioned, but I used -Big Packs: Mg's Neat Clutter - overwrite with - NMC's - overwrite with Ojo Bueno, along with UHQ Terrain will cover most of the big stuff.
(I actually merged NMC and Ojo like this suggets. It wasn't very hard and it seemed to make the rest easier. I guess for the weather effects/better sky could go here too. I think I had to read both pages first, and still do something atypical with installation.Small Things: and and are the three I use. You can go crazy finding mods the retexture small things; there are a ton of them on the Nexus.Not-really-textures: EVE has already been mentioned and is something I use. Also, while not actually textures, will improve the look by making the UI smaller/better and will improve the animations - aiming with rifles was the most obvious difference to me.Hope that helps some.Edit: Missed some formatting.
