Fallout 3 Mothership Zeta. CONTAINERS to retrieve all of your equipment, and loot the other two for a few more items. Make your way through the door on. To the north lead to a steamworks. Equipment: Wasteland clothing (manual install only), Book of Water (Steel) and Hall of Equipment makes armor look better. While the Weapon ReTexture Project and Improved Heavy Weapon Textures will spruce up your weapons. People: I use Fallout Character Overhaul and install it first, then use Fallout New Vegas Redesigned 3 to overwrite. It was a bit tricky for me to set up, but looks way better. The Enclave is the Shadow Government: - In Fallout 3 it is never said but in previous fallout games it is revealed that the Enclave is the U.S. Shadow government. The Shadow Government is a factual organization that is and exact but secret and inactive replica as the normal government having a President, Supreme Court, Senate and so on.

Close to it anyway. I have some alternate textures for Ed-E, Rex, weapons, little things that I liked the look of, etc. You just have to look around for those. Some of the ones I use have already been mentioned, but I used -Big Packs: Mg's Neat Clutter - overwrite with - NMC's - overwrite with Ojo Bueno, along with UHQ Terrain will cover most of the big stuff.

(I actually merged NMC and Ojo like this suggets. It wasn't very hard and it seemed to make the rest easier. I guess for the weather effects/better sky could go here too. I prefer to pick the dead version in the files list or it looks too green for my tastes.Equipment: Wasteland clothing (manual install only), Book of Water (Steel) and Hall of Equipment makes armor look better. I think I had to read both pages first, and still do something atypical with installation.Small Things: and and are the three I use. You can go crazy finding mods the retexture small things; there are a ton of them on the Nexus.Not-really-textures: EVE has already been mentioned and is something I use. Also, while not actually textures, will improve the look by making the UI smaller/better and will improve the animations - aiming with rifles was the most obvious difference to me.Hope that helps some.Edit: Missed some formatting.
